7インチってのは、要はシステム手帳の大きさなんですよ。自分がやりたいことを補完してくれる情報端末としてカンペキなサイズなんです。 　アップルが7インチを出さない理由って、わかります？ アップルにとってのシステム手帳サイズ（=7インチ）というのは、なんだかビジネスくさいんだと思います。アップルは、自社の立ち位置をアカデミズムとテクノロジーの交差点としているから、ビジネス臭が強いとちょっと外れてしまうんですよね。 もっというと、7インチというのは、仕事だけでなく、手帳状で扱うような世の中の雑務を吸収してしまうような、アップル的には“超カッコワルイ”端末と見えているんでしょうね。 　A4サイズのタブレット、つまりiPadなら、アカデミズムもエンターテイメントも全部カバーしてしまえる。さらにOSとしてのアンドロイドはPDAの延長ですけど、iOSはマルチメディアプレーヤーの延長だから設計思想がまるで違うとも言えますね。
